Weston Nurseries is looking for the right candidate to provide superior customer service for our walk-in customers. The right candidate must be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers and makes sure customers find the service or products they need.
  • Manage in-coming phone calls and re-direct when necessary
  • Adjusting and invoicing orders and process payments through our POS system
  • Provide product information or direct questions to appropriate personnel
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Restocking product in the store
  • Create signage
  • Keep work area clean and neat.

Experience:

  • Customer service skills are very important
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs is helpful
  • Previous retail experience helpful

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work during the day and weekends
  • Able to handle any situation
  • Must be a team player
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be reliable
  • Must be able to lift and move at least 40 lbs.
